The Fisher Girl

The Fisher Girl, by artist Frans Hals, is now at an exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.  When I was a student at Princeton, I often took the train up to New York to the MMA.  I loved the 17th century Dutch art of Hals, Rembrandt, Vermeer, and the rest.  This painting is on loan from a private collection.
