Did Plato Have a Nose?

This has been a week of distance visits. Tuesday it was a hospital visit in Toledo. Wednesday a trip to Hillsdale to visit three parishioners in an assisted living facility. And Thursday, today, a delightful two hour visit with a former pastor of our congregation who lives now at the retirement community in Chelsea, where we talked philosophy and the perennial question, “Did Plato have a nose?” A statue of him shown in a book was noseless, but we believed he had one.
