We had breakfast this morning at the Tip Top restaurant. I think it’s the oldest in Adrian, dating back to the 1930s. They have the best blueberry pancakes ever. It’s been a good day: a five mile walk in the early AM, and a trip down to Toledo in the afternoon. No baseball on tonight, thankfully, so I don’t have to watch the Tigers lose again. I won’t be crushed if the Giants win; I have good memories of seeing them play at Candlestick Park years ago. But I hope Detroit can at least make a series out of it.
