My wife sets up a little table next to her chair and makes colorful jewelry from pieces of eggshell. She wears the pieces herself or gives them to friends as gifts.
My version of table art, by contrast, is to take the little creamers at restaurants and stack them into a pyramid. Here 21 of them fit nicely together in this way.
I think my wife’s version of table art is more useful and aesthetically pleasing..

..I think your wife’s art has retail potential with a little tweeking.
my sister makes jewelry from hobbystore bought clay mixed with the dried flowers from a loved one’s funeral(usually some blooms from the casket spray). She rolls the mixture into beads and makes a hole through them, bakes them in a oven and then adds them to a silver necklace(45.00) or bracelett(35.00),ear ring(25.00) or key chain(15.00).It’s very labor intensive but also very lucrative.Even more popular are her ‘memory candles’ ,dried flowers mixed into the wax of a hollow candle shell (molds required),they are mounted onto a nice wooden base with a small light in the center. When turned on,the light shines through the wax shell highlighting the embedded dried flowers. They are really neat..($50.00)
…unfortunately,Chris. your ‘work of art’ has little retail potential, but it could prove entertaining at a Rest Home or something, maybe
Yes, she could sell her jewelry. It is beautiful.
Regarding my ‘art’… I love the maybe at the end of your comment. Nice touch.

Mike, I’d love to see pictures of your sister’s jewelry — it sounds lovely. Does she have a website or sell on Etsy?
…Yeah, but the pictures aren’t very good: (cinnamonsflowers.com) look under the memorials section
Mike, thank you! Tell your sister that her work is lovely…and the candle is exquisite. I imagine people who receive gifts made by her feel very blessed.
